Wasteland Orlando 2027 lineup: 999999999, Angerfist and an Unreal Germany stage
Wasteland Orlando, Insomniac's first East Coast edition of its hard dance festival, takes place on 5 and 6 February 2027 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. The lineup, revealed on 27 October, has more than 40 artists led by 999999999, Angerfist and Da Tweekaz across three stages, including takeovers by Basscon, Mutate and Germany's Unreal.
Wasteland Orlando has its first lineup. Insomniac revealed more than 40 names on 27 October for the debut Florida edition of its hard dance festival, which runs on 5 and 6 February 2027 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. It is the first time Wasteland heads to the East Coast of the United States, after Insomniac announced the Orlando edition in August.
The bill is built to cover the whole hard spectrum rather than one scene. 999999999, Angerfist and Da Tweekaz sit at the top, with Dømina, JSTJR, KAYZO, Kuko, Lil Texas, Rooler and Vieze Asbak among the other larger names. Hardstyle and rawstyle come from DJ Isaac, Dual Damage, Lady Faith, Riot Shift, SIHK, The Purge, The Saints and Vertile, while Dead X, Dr Donk, Hixxy, Mad Dog, Rob Gee and Water Spirit hold down the hardcore and hard dance end.
For hard techno the selection is telling. Alongside 999999999, the lineup includes Alignment, AZYR b2b Charlie Sparks, Johannes Schuster, KLOUD, hhunter, Naomi Luna, Triptykh and Taylor Torrence. The festival runs across three stages, with takeovers from Insomniac's own Basscon and Mutate brands and a dedicated stage hosted and produced by the German promoter Unreal Germany.
For European artists and managers, two things stand out. First, a German promoter getting its own produced stage at an American Insomniac festival shows how much the US hard techno market now borrows its sound and its booking taste from Europe. Unreal's involvement could become a route onto American bills for acts it already works with at home. Second, Wasteland puts hard techno, hardstyle and hardcore side by side for the same crowd, which is still rare at European festivals, where these scenes usually have separate events.
Orlando also slots into a growing Florida circuit. Insomniac already runs EDC Orlando in November, so a February hard dance event gives the company a second large date in the same market. For agents routing European hard techno acts across the US in early 2027, that weekend is now a likely anchor for Florida and East Coast club dates around it.
If you manage a hard techno act that is not on this bill, the practical takeaway is to watch who plays the Unreal and Mutate stages and which American clubs book them in the weeks around the festival. That is where the next round of US opportunities is likely to show up.
