Rampage Weekend 2027 names Dimension, Kai Wachi and Don Diablo first for AFAS Dome Antwerp
Rampage Weekend 2027 takes place at AFAS Dome in Antwerp on 5 and 6 March 2027. The first names are Dimension, K Motionz, Macky Gee and Murdock with MC Mota on the drum and bass side, Kai Wachi, MADVKTM and Riot Ten for dubstep, plus Don Diablo. Tickets are on sale and more artists will follow.
Rampage, Antwerp's long-running drum and bass and dubstep brand, has opened its 2027 edition. Rampage Weekend returns to AFAS Dome in Antwerp on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 March 2027, and the organisers have put the first names and tickets out at the same time.
The opening wave splits along Rampage's two pillars. On the drum and bass side there are Dimension, K Motionz, Macky Gee, and Murdock with MC Mota. Dubstep is led by Kai Wachi, MADVKTM and Riot Ten. Don Diablo is also on the bill, and the announcement names CONTROL ALT DELETE, the drum and bass alias he launched alongside his main project.
Rampage started in 2009 as a Belgian event concept built around drum and bass and dubstep, and the indoor arena weekend in Antwerp has become its flagship. Organisers say more artists will be added in the coming weeks, so this first wave is a statement of direction rather than the full picture.
For Dutch and Belgian acts the timing matters. Early March sits before the outdoor season, when arena shows and club tours carry the calendar, and an arena weekend in Antwerp is an easy trip for fans from the south of the Netherlands as well as from across Belgium. Bass acts building a Benelux winter run can use the weekend as an anchor and route club dates around it.
A two-night arena format also changes how a set is built. Acts play to a room that has come for the genre from start to finish, so sets can lean harder and stay closer to the sound fans expect than at a mixed-genre festival. That is good news for producers with a strong catalogue of their own tracks and VIPs, because an arena crowd that knows the music rewards it.
There is also a lesson in the booking mix. Pairing established drum and bass names with dubstep acts that tour heavily in North America, and with a crossover name like Don Diablo, gives the weekend reach beyond one scene. Managers pitching for the later waves should show how an act fits that balance, with clear evidence of a Benelux audience, rather than just sending a press kit.
